Position: HR Executive / HR Manager (Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & PMS)
Location: Jodhpur
Industry: Manufacturing
Experience: 3–8 years (depending on role level)
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent

1. HR – Talent Acquisition

Job Purpose:
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent aligned with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. etc….

 Employee Engagement

Job Purpose:
Drive employee experience initiatives to foster a motivated, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute employee engagement programs and events.
  • Conduct regular surveys (ESAT, pulse checks) and analyze feedback.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) activities.
  • Act as a bridge between employees and management to resolve concerns. etc…

HR – Performance Management System (PMS)

Job Purpose:
To manage the performance evaluation framework ensuring alignment with organizational goals and individual development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and monitor the PMS framework (goal setting, mid-year & annual reviews).
  • Work closely with managers to ensure SMART goals and KRAs are defined.
  • Facilitate training sessions for managers and employees on performance evaluation.
  • Analyze performance data to identify high performers and development needs.
  • Support in succession planning and career development initiatives. Etc…

Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 4–8 years of experience in HR (manufacturing industry exposure preferred).
  • Proven track record in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & PMS.
