Position: HR Executive / HR Manager (Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & PMS)

1. HR – Talent Acquisition
Job Purpose:
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent aligned with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. etc….
Employee Engagement
Job Purpose:
Drive employee experience initiatives to foster a motivated, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute employee engagement programs and events.
- Conduct regular surveys (ESAT, pulse checks) and analyze feedback.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) activities.
- Act as a bridge between employees and management to resolve concerns. etc…
HR – Performance Management System (PMS)
Job Purpose:
To manage the performance evaluation framework ensuring alignment with organizational goals and individual development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and monitor the PMS framework (goal setting, mid-year & annual reviews).
- Work closely with managers to ensure SMART goals and KRAs are defined.
- Facilitate training sessions for managers and employees on performance evaluation.
- Analyze performance data to identify high performers and development needs.
- Support in succession planning and career development initiatives. Etc…
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 4–8 years of experience in HR (manufacturing industry exposure preferred).
- Proven track record in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & PMS.
